Chest Seeks Applicants for Environment Funds

TThe Concord-Carlisle Community Chest is now accepting applications from environment-focused nonprofit agencies. Grants are available from the Chest's environment Field of Interest Fund which targets the immediate needs of local agencies outside of the Annual Campaign allocations process.
Field of Interest Funds were established in 2006 in response to the changing donor environment and expanding needs in Concord and Carlisle. The funds help to financially support agencies beyond the Chest's traditional human service focus. Each fund is created based on the interest of the donor and monies are dispersed over a three-year period.
Scholarships are also available through the Chest’s Field of Interest scholarship fund. Please contact the Community Chest for an application at 978-369-5250.
