Youth Coordinator
With grants from the Concord-Carlisle Community Chest, Sudbury Foundation and the Foundation for MetroWest, Youth Services Director Erin Duggan was hired in January to support youth, parents and families. Duggan is a Concord resident and prior assistant district attorney and advocate. She has begun working closely with schools, residents, town organizations and local mental health agencies to provide resources and increase youth involvement in the community.

 Community Outreach Coordinator
Residents who are in need of human service information, referrals or assistance in Concord and Carlisle should call the new Community Services Coordinator, Aileen Buford, at 978-318-3034. This position was established in late 2004 by the Concord Town Manager’s Office with a grant from the Concord-Carlisle Community Chest. The Chest has provided ongoing funding for the Coordinator through its allocations process every year since 2004.
The Community Services Coordinator provides program information in the following areas: fuel assistance, food stamps, scholarships, domestic violence resources, mental health services and many others. All referrals are confidential and free.
