Community Connection

In addition to the agencies and programs funded by the Community Chest there are many other organizations that provide educational, health, recreation, and human services to residents of Concord and Carlisle. Please note that inclusion on this list does not imply an endorsement by Community Chest for the specific services offered.

Volunteering

2volunteer works with Concord Carlisle High School students to make their community service easier to access/perform and thus hopefully more worthwhile. To that end they have created the 2Volunteer website

Human Services Guide

We are working on an updated guide. Please call the Community Chest at 978-369-5250 if you would like a referral.

Red Flags Resource
guides parents through teen years

There is a new resource in town to help families navigate the many twists and turns of adolescence. With the support from the Concord-Carlisle Community Chest, the Concord-Carlisle Action Committee for Teens has just published Are You Concerned about Someone - Red Flags and Resources. This comprehensive and easy to use guide gives advise and support to parents in the areas of communication, anger, depression, drug and alcohol abuse, suicide, abusive relationships, and eating disorders.
