October is officially designated by the Towns of Concord and Carlisle as “Community Chest Month” in recognition of the important service that the Community Chest provides to our towns.  The Chest is proud of that distinction and finds October to be the perfect time to officially begin its 2012-2013 Annual Campaign. The goal for this year’s campaign is set at $650,000.  Letters announcing the campaign and asking for financial contributions were mailed to all households during the first week of October.  Please check your mailbox to see that you have received yours and consider making a donation.  The Chest pledges to continue to work hard to assist the many deserving human service agencies in our community and we look forward to benefit once again from widespread community support.
