Eligibility & Guidelines
All nonprofit organizations that focus on the human service needs of the residents of Concord and Carlisle are encouraged to apply for a Community Chest Allocations Grant. Organizations or programs must be 501(c)3 nonprofits, town agencies, or programs within the schools and serving individuals in Concord and Carlisle.
Based on findings from our recent Needs Assessment, we will be prioritizing these key areas this year:
Eligibility & Guidelines
Funds are available for one-time grants to organizations or programs seeking support for innovative or pilot projects addressing human service needs in the Concord and Carlisle community, with a focus on vulnerable populations. Special emphasis is given to programs that fill a void not satisfied by other programs. Cornerstone grants are to help launch discrete, well-defined projects or initiatives. Projects should have a clear beginning and end and demonstrate plans for sustainability after receiving initial funding from Cornerstone. Organizations or programs must be 501(c)3 nonprofits, town agencies, or programs within the schools and serving individuals in Concord and Carlisle.
Inquiries for Cornerstone Initiative Innovation Grants are also welcome outside of the normal grant cycle. For questions, contact Jennifer Ubaldino.
Please contact the Community Chest office at 978-369-5250 or info@cccommunitychest.org with any questions about the grant application process.
