Bridge to the Future Campaign

The goal of the Bridge to the Future Campaign is to endow the Millennium Endowment Fund to such a level that, beginning in 2024, all operating expenses will be covered by the income from the Endowment, instead of the Annual Fund, thereby:

  • Ensuring that every future dollar raised through the Annual Fund is invested back into the community, making a greater impact on local needs
  • Empowering the Community Chest’s grant making programs to respond more robustly to funding requests
  • Allowing for increased innovation and flexibility to address changing needs in the future
Total Campaign Goal: $4M
Funds Raised to Date 63%

As we celebrate 75 years of our work engaging neighbors to help neighbors, the Concord-Carlisle Community Chest is uniquely positioned to truly effect change for another 75 years with:

  • Institutional knowledge
  • A holistic view of the issues
  • An experienced team
  • Streamlined processes
  • Strong ties to all of the key players
  • Impassioned volunteers and loyal donors

A gift to the Bridge to the Future campaign will further our legacy of collective impact; your investment in changing our neighbors’ lives for the better will strengthen our shared community. We hope you will join the following early donors in ensuring the legacy of the Community Chest continues for the next generation.

The Christopher and Debra Wysopal Charitable Trust

There continues to be a large and growing level of financial abuse among our elder citizens, and complications from mental health and substance use disorder are rising steadily. In every way, the needs of domestic violence victims are becoming more intense, complex, and dangerous. The Community Chest is our second largest grant. Your support is crucial to our mission.”

– Jacquelin Apsler, Executive Director, Domestic Violence Services Network

We are pleased to have awarded 26 grants this year to 24 organizations totaling $564,923!
